Masters in Technology with Honours from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, Mr. Srivastava has wide experience of more than 38 years of working in different Ministries of Government of India, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, UNIDO/UNDP, Trade, Corporate and Govt. of India Autonomous Organizations (Govt. PSUs). He has largely served in critical areas of industrialization, technology transfers & employment generation such as setting up of Process & Product Development Centres (PPDCs) under UNDP Programme in U.P Govt. Technologist in UNIDO / UNDP project for the setting up of Centre For The Development of Glass Industry, Firozabad in Ministry of MSME, Govt of India (www.cdgiindia.net), Director- Special Projects in Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts (EPCH) (www.epch.in) for setting up of Common Facility Centres & technologies for SMEs, Export Promotion, Setting up of India Expo Centre & Mart (www.indiaexpomart.com) etc., Vice President in IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation (www.ilfsindia.com) for infrastructure development in rural and employment generating sector.
Mr. Srivastava completed his 10 years tenure working as Executive Director Cum Secretary of National Design Centre (NDC) (www.nationaldesigncentre.org) an Autonomous organization under Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India. NDC specializes in areas of design & product innovation, Skill /Capacity Development, Technology, improved tooling, employment generation, Cluster Infrastructure Development and infrastructure development in Handloom, Handicrafts and other synergy areas.
Mr. Srivastava is also on the Board of some prestigious organizations and member of important Committees. Mr.Srivastava has unmatched experience of working across the sectors over a period of more than 38 years especially Govt. of India pertaining to rules, regulations, procedures, setting up of entities including FDI, investments, Labour Laws, Land Allotment and other critical areas such as execution of projects etc. Inter-Ministerial coordination and
seamless execution of projects is one of the areas of specialization.
Mr. Srivastava is also on the Board of some prestigious organizations and member of important Committees.
